Supplies: All-purpose polyester thread, sewing machine needle, hand-sewing needle, point turner, lightweight fusible interfacing (see size chart). Version 1: seven 1.5 cm buttons, one 0.63 cm button, three size 3 sew on snaps. Version 2: four 1.6 cm, one 0.63 cm button, seven size 3 sew on snaps.

Main fabric: Lightweight to medium weight woven fabrics such as cotton voile, lawn, shirting, poplin, broadcloth, and linen.

Lining fabric: 0.2 meters of lightweight woven fabrics such as cotton voile, lawn, or polyester in 114 / 152 cm widths.
