Format        in paper form

Supplies: All versions: all-purpose polyester thread, hand-sewing needle, one yard of 6 mm single fold bias tape, or extra fabric to make bias tape (recommended for lightweight fabrics), fusible interfacing.

Sizes 0-6: Five 16 mm buttons.

Sizes 8-26: Six 16 mm buttons.

Version 2: two 7 mm buttons for the cuff

Main fabric:

Versions 1 & 2: Cotton poplin, cotton lawn, chambray, dotted swiss shirting, wool shirting.

Version 3: Rayon or silk challis, chiffon, georgette lightweight voile.
